Do tokens rollover month-to-month?
Tokens associated with your subscriptions do not rollover month-to-month. Tokens related to your top-up purchases will rollover month-to-month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
If your prompts do not work as expected, please send us a support ticket and we will refund the used tokens.
