Quickstart Guide

This quickstart walks you through running your first prompt on BetterPrompt in just a few minutes.

1. Sign up and log in

• Create a BetterPrompt account or log in with Google, Github, or email.

2. Browse the marketplace

• Go to the prompt marketplace or home screen.
• Use search and categories to find a prompt that matches your goal (e.g. blog post, email, image idea).

3. Fill in the inputs

• Open a prompt and look for the input fields (placeholders).
• Fill in the blanks with your own context: topics, names, products, or any other required details.

4. Run the prompt

• Click Run.
• Wait for the output to generate. This usually takes a few seconds.

5. Review and iterate

• Read the result and decide if it fits your needs.
• Refine as necessary with additional instructions.
• Adjust your inputs or pick a different prompt, then run again.

Once you've completed these steps, you've done a full run. From here you can explore history, favorites, and publishing your own prompts.
