Run an Image Prompt
Many prompts in BetterPrompt are designed to help you create or work with images—either by generating detailed prompts for external image models or by analyzing and describing existing images.
This article explains how to run those image‑related prompts.
1. Find an image‑focused prompt
- Image prompts come with beautiful samples, so they are quite easy to spot.
- Ideally these prompts should have image inputs or useful text inputs to help you quickly customize.
2. Provide visual context as inputs
Depending on the prompt, you might:
- Attach an image to the inputs as the prompt requires.
- Sometimes inputs require specific aspect ratio for the images. Worry not, we have built-in cropping tool to help you out.
- Fill in any text inputs required.
Follow any instructions in the prompt's description so the AI has enough context to work with.
3. Run the prompt
- Click Run to send your inputs and the hidden instructions to the selected model or integration.
- Wait for the result. Generally image prompts are a little bit slower than text prompts so give it time.
4. Iterate for better visuals
For image‑related work, iteration is normal:
- Refine with instructions for more specific details (lighting, composition, subject, style).
- Adjust any prompt‑specific parameters and run again.
By using pre-made image prompts, you can reliably generate higher‑quality visuals with less wasted effort. Well‑crafted prompts guide the model toward your goals, making it easier to control style, composition, and subject matter—especially if you experiment and iterate on your inputs.
